We are looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Executive to fuel our sales pipeline. This role will focus on lead generation, cold calling, qualification, and meeting scheduling with decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, Founders, Compliance Heads) across sectors.
Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Work with provided and self-sourced databases to create qualified leads
Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team
Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) with lead progress
Follow-up with prospects to nurture them down the sales funnel
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events
Research targets industries and prospects to personalize outreach
Track and report weekly KPIs: number of calls, meetings booked, etc.
1–3 years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
Basic understanding of SaaS, IT services, or compliance industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-energy environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

We will provide you with an itinerary of our on-site visit in advance and work closely with you to make sure the fieldwork runs smoothly. During this time, we'll conduct thorough walkthroughs, assess control effectiveness through testing procedures, gather necessary documentation for review, and more - all while keeping timeliness top of mind. Once completed, we’ll present the initial results during a final exit interview session so that there is clarity around the next steps needed to generate your SOC report. Our aim is 90-95% completion at the end of site visits; ensuring accuracy as well as timely delivery!
